This is Rita

Her yoga Journey first began in 1987, when she attended a yoga class. The initial reason was, Rita was suffering with anxiety and found yoga helpful on so many levels. The life changing benefits she experienced from those classes, inspired & motivated her to go on to become a yoga teacher having trained with the British Wheel of Yoga.

Rita also travelled twice to India, to gain an even deeper insight and knowledge of yoga’s ancient and traditional roots. Rita has expanded her practice, and now teaches Yoga, Mindfulness & Relaxation to children as well as adults.

Her desire to help others has taken her down the path of training and developing a range of complimentary therapies & counselling.
